Probably Evangelion. It seems controversial in both subject matter and its impressions among people that have seen the show. There's oodles of symbolism and your generic religious criticism and all that and it also does an alright job at expressing pyschological theories, I suppose (too bad most of the other "science" was laughable). It seems like the kind of anime that people either love or hate, although for me it was just mediocre.

I'd say I'm more skeptical than not. I doubt we'll ever create an adaptable artificial intelligence that has self-awareness. We barely know anything about how the human brain works, so decoding that and then somehow making a digital equivalent seems a bit far-fetched. Even if it is someday possible, it runs the risk of becoming more powerful than its creators and then we'd end up with a Terminator-like situation. But hey, humanity has done stupider things in the past, so it's always a possibility that someone will come around and do this kinda thing.

I've never really cared too much about famous people to be honest. I guess I'd have to say Bill Gates. While he may be the richest man on the planet, he knows how to carry himself with humility and donates a large amount of money to people in need. It's nice to see someone that has so much wealth and yet doesn't let it all to go to his head.

Lelouch, AKA the most popular anime character on this site, goong by favorites. I really don't like him.
There's also Yuno, one of the more popular female characters. I never saw the appeal and thought she was kind of an idiot.

Well I finished it like 2-3 weeks ago and I'm playing through NG+ at the moment.

It usually takes me a bout 100ish hours to complete the first playthrough, including all optional post-game content. The games I play usually last about that long, with the exception of Bethesda stuff, which ends up being like 300+ hours.

Open world games are nice. They usually have lots of content and allow for extensive exploration. They also usually have tons of sidequests and content to keep you busy. I'd definitely say that Skyrim and the 3 latest Fallout console games have been the best of these.

Naruto is pretty alright, at least in the last third of the series. In Part 1, he's just an idiot at times. In the first half of Part 2, he's kinda just obsessed with Sasuke all the time, even though Sasuke doesn't want anything to do with him, which really got on my nerves. I started to like him more by the 5 Kage Summit arc. He seemed to have matured a lot at that point and didn't just charge in like a moron and let his fists do the talking.

I dislike Sakura. While I don't think she's quite as useless as most people think she is, considering she is a medical ninja that saved many lives and did contribute in a significant way during the final battle, I find her personality quite annoying. She's in love with a dude that openly declared his intent to murder her, which is really irrational. The thing that really pissed me off was when she was considering the possibility that Sasuke and Naruto fight to the death, and she didn't know whose side she would take if that happened. Like, really? The dude that's been friends with you for like 3 years or the dude that's trying to kill you? Really hard decision.

Kakashi was probably one of the best characters in the show. Dude knows how to be funny, goofy, and playful, but at the same time, can get serious and kick lots of butt.

So the Konoha 11:

Sai was interesting until he gained a personality. He kinda just fell into the background after that.
Shikamaru was awesome. Nice to see a dude use his brain to win fights, rather than just use the most explosive/fancy jutsu.
Ino's rivalry with Sakura was funny, but aside from that, she lacked presence.
Choji was cool the first time he went butterfly against Jirobo(?) of the Sound 4. Other than that, he didn't really do much.
Hinata was kinda just there as a love interest for Naruto. While I didn't dislike her, the only really important thing she does is almost get killed by Pain.
Kiba was cool in Part 1. His fight with Naruto and Zakon(?) were both some of the better fights in Part 1.
Shino was just background. At least the series is conscious of that and plays with it a little bit. I think his voice was a little too deep though. Like, even in the flashbacks when they were in the Academy, he had a deep voice.
Neji was awesome. He had some really good character development, going from a real jerk to a real bro.
Lee was actually a bit annoying. He was just way too obsessed with working out.
Tenten was a funny tsukkomi for Lee and Guy.

Some other characters I really liked were Itachi, who threw away everything for the greater good, and Madara, a main villain for a really legitimate reason.

I'll probably wait a while for reviews for Boruto. If they're good, I might check it out. I did watch the end of Shippuden for my 350th completion last week. It was cute, albeit a bit fillery.

I personally like both. People should be able to say and print whatever they want, even if it's controversial. It's a way to spread new ideas and get people to change the way think about certain issues by allowing them to see many different perspectives. There are exceptions though. There should be limitations on things that seem to openly call on people to commit crimes or start revolutions and such. There should also be limitations on things that people claim as "facts" without supporting data (OpEds are fine though). The last thing we need is someone spreading misinformation.

So would you like to see stricter laws on lying on the internet? Especially now that social media reaches and misinforms so many people. Does it worry you for example how the internet is instrumentalized to win elections?

Are you angry that people tend to believe what they read on facebook while at the same time calling the "real" media fake news? What can be done about this?

I'd definitely like to see some regulations about spreading lies on Facebook. In general, it seems people are just too lazy to consult actual and multiple news sites to get informed about current events. I'm pretty sure this was a big thing with the latest US elections, with people from halfway across the world posting absurd "facts" about Donald Trump, just to get page hits and make money off of adertising. I am definitely upset that people choose to remain ignorant and believe anything they see on the internet rather than consulting credible sources. Rather than the political side, I'm far more interested in the scientific side of it though. There's the classic vaccination skepticism and more recently, GMOs have become a target of criticism among the scientifically illiterate that find like, 1 site on the internet that supports their views and then assume that that is fact. Personally, I'd like it if the "news" posted on Facebook have some kind of review before it is made open to the public. I also think that these articles be forced to have links to legitimate sources, so that people could immediately verify the contents of the post.

Anime: I guess DBZ. Can't really ever get tired of that.
Game: Skyrim. So much replayability value.

It's a jrpg and allegedly, it's an above average one. That's all I know about it.

ah nice! i watched Korra and really enjoyed it ^^
i assume you also watched Avatar then? How did you like it?

The Last Airbender is probably one of favorite shows of all time, and most definitely my favorite non-anime show. I watched it around 5ish years ago, once the whole thing was finished. It just blew me away with its humor, action, and storytelling that few shows have been able to replicate. They did a great job developing its cast of characters and building up the world and setting. The show manages to do all this while still remaining "family friendly", appealing to kids that are as young as 5-7 years old. I'm actually thinking of rewatching it soon, now that I've finished Korra. While Korra didn't quite reach up to the bar set by TLA (with season 3 being the exception, since Zaheer was awesome), I really enjoyed it as well.

Well I watched a lot growing up on cartoon network and Nick. I'd rather not go through the trouble of listing dozens of things here, so I'll just mention some of my favorites:
